Return Policy
At Neesh, we strive to provide the highest quality products and customer experience. While we hope you love your purchase, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges under normal circumstances. We only offer a Conditional Exchange in cases where the product has a quality issue or manufacturing defect.
If you receive a faulty or defective product, please contact us at 0329-2607332 within 48 hours of delivery.
Once your query is received, our Quality Control Team will review the issue. After inspection, we may offer:
  • An exchange, or
  • Store credit for future purchases (in case of a major fault).
Please note: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact. Claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number, and cancellation will no longer be possible.
Neesh reserves the right to cancel any order due to reasons including but not limited to:
  • Unavailability of stock
  • Payment failure or decline
  • Pricing or product information errors
